Overview

The Payments section in your Suby Dashboard shows every transaction initiated through your account. You’ll see real-time status updates, customer details, amounts, and more.

Use filters and open any transaction to inspect what happened and better understand your business activity.

Payment statuses

Each transaction is assigned a status. Here’s what each status means:

Status
Description

Incomplete

The customer started the payment but didn’t complete it.

Authorized

The payment was approved, but funds are not yet available.

Settled

The funds have been successfully received in your wallet.

Failed

The payment attempt did not succeed.

Canceled

The payment was canceled by the user before it was completed.

Using filters

Use filters to refine the list of transactions. You can filter by:

  • Status: Incomplete, Authorized, Settled, Failed, Canceled

  • Date: Narrow your view to specific time frames

Filters help you isolate specific types of activity or quickly find a specific transaction.
