Overview

The Payments section in your Suby Dashboard shows every transaction initiated through your account. You’ll see real-time status updates, customer details, amounts, and more.

Use filters and open any transaction to inspect what happened and better understand your business activity.

Payment statuses

Each transaction is assigned a status. Here’s what each status means:

Status
Description

PENDING

The checkout has been initiated, but the customer has not completed the payment yet. The payment page is still active.

SUCCESS

The payment has been successfully completed.

EXPIRED

The checkout was initiated, but the customer did not complete the payment within 15 minutes. The payment session has expired.

Using filters

Use filters to refine the list of transactions. You can filter by:

  • Status: Incomplete, Authorized, Settled, Failed, Canceled

  • Date: Narrow your view to specific time frames

Filters help you isolate specific types of activity or quickly find a specific transaction.
