Follow these simple steps to create and manage your referral program directly from your Suby merchant dashboard.
Step 1: Access the Referral Section
Log in to your Suby Merchant Dashboard.
In the left menu, go to “Referral Program.”
Click “Create.”
Step 2: Create a New Referral Program
Fill in the program details:
Program name: Choose a clear name (e.g., Premium Discord Referral).
Commission rate: Set the percentage your referrers will earn from each payment.
Visibility: Choose between:
Public: Only users who are or have been paying members can share referral links.
Private: You manually add the emails of selected referrers (ideal for partners, KOLs, friends, etc.).
Click Save once done.
Step 3: Share the Referral Program
For Public Programs: Members can log in to https://suby.fi/signin?selected=referrals with any email. They’ll find their referral link directly in their dashboard and can start sharing it.
For Private Programs: Add the referrer’s email from your merchant dashboard. Once added, they can log in to https://suby.fi/signin?selected=referrals to access and share their link using the same email they provided to the merchant / group owner.
Step 4: Track Performance
In your merchant dashboard, you can monitor:
Total number of referred users
Commissions earned per referrer
Referral sources and performance
Transaction hash for each payment
All updated in real time.
