First Payment in 2 Minutes

Start accepting payments with Suby in just a few simple steps.

Step 1: Sign In to the Suby Dashboard

Visit app.suby.fi and log in using your merchant email.

Step 2: Create a Payment Link

From the sidebar, go to Products and click New Product.

You’ll be able to:

• Choose the pricing model (one-time payment or recurring payments for subscription)

• Add a product name and description

• Set the billing frequency

• Upload your branding, 16:9 recommended & 1 MB max.

• Select accepted payment methods (card or crypto)

Payment type: card, crypto or both

• Choose the network, tokens, and payout wallet

Important: Do not use a CEX address (such as Binance or Coinbase). Please use a self-custodial wallet address instead (such as Metamask, Phantom…)

Wallet address: EVM & Solana

• Select the platform where Suby will be connected (webhooks, Discord, Telegram, or paylink only)

Platform connexion: Webhooks for SaaS/webapps, Paylink for freelancers or Discord & Telegram

Click Publish now to generate your checkout page.

Step 3: Share the Payment Link

Copy the generated link and share it with your customer via email, social media, WhatsApp, or embed it on your website.

When a customer opens the link, they’ll be redirected to a secure Suby-hosted checkout to complete the payment.

Step 4: Monitor the Payment in Real Time

As soon as the payment is completed:

• The transaction appears in the Payments section

• Payment status updates live (Pending, Completed, etc.)

• You’ll receive an email notification.

Step 5: Get Paid

Once the payment is completed:

• The transaction is settled and reflected in your revenue dashboard

• Funds are aggregated and paid out to your wallet on a rolling schedule

• Payout frequency (e.g. 5 to 15 days) depends on your pricing plan
