What happens if a user cancels their subscription?

Their premium role is automatically removed at the end of their billing cycle.

Can I manually add or remove users?

Yes, you can override the automation through your Suby dashboard.

What if a user doesn’t renew on time?

If they don’t renew before their subscription expires, Suby automatically removes their access until they subscribe again.

Can users change their subscription plan mid-cycle?

Currently, they need to cancel and resubscribe to a different tier. A plan-switching feature is in development.
