🚪Role & channel management
Role assignment doesn't work
Role assignment issues can come from different sources:
The Suby bot’s role must be placed above the role you're trying to assign in the Discord role hierarchy.
You may have entered the wrong Plan ID when setting up the role. Use the
/config
command to view all active plans and their associated Plan IDs.

Reminder channel doesn't work
The reminder channel is used to send personalized renewal notifications to your subscribers. If it doesn’t work, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:
You haven’t set up the channel with the
/setupreminders
command. The Suby bot’s role must be above any roles linked to that channel in your server settings.
Suby bot doesn’t have permission to send messages in the reminders channel.

A user subscribed but didn’t receive their Discord role. What should I do?
Is the payment in good standing? Ensure the user has enough gas fees and is using a supported wallet and network (Base). Verify if the transaction was successful in the user dashboard.
Is the user in over 100 Discord servers? Discord's free plan allows users to join up to 100 servers. If a user has exceeded this limit, they can either upgrade to Discord Nitro (which allows up to 200 servers) or leave another server before the Suby Bot can assign them to your server.
Important: Check whether the Suby Bot is positioned above the relevant roles in your Discord server. If the issue persists, join our support Discord.
