🚪Access management
Access issues: user can’t enter the group. What should I do?
🔐 Suby Bot is not an admin in the group
For Suby to work properly, it must be added as an administrator of your private Telegram group with the following permissions:
Manage members
Delete messages
Add/remove users
Without these, Suby won’t be able to grant access or remove expired subscribers. If the issue persists, join our support Telegram.
🔗 Wrong group invite link used
After payment, users must join your group via the unique invite link generated by Suby.
If they use an old or incorrect link, Suby won’t be able to recognize them or verify their subscription.
Each link is tied to a specific plan and group. A wrong link = no access granted.
If the issue persists, join our support Telegram.
Subscribers aren’t receiving renewal reminders. What should I do?
Suby is designed to send personalized renewal reminders directly in the bot conversation.
If reminders aren’t being sent, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:
The group hasn't been properly linked to a subscription plan (check the integration flow).
Suby Bot wasn't added as admin of the group with the right permissions.
If the issue persists, join our support Telegram.
A subscriber didn’t get access. What should I do?
Did they use the right invite link? The Suby link is unique per plan & group. If they join using a different link, the bot won’t recognize them. Is their payment valid? Ensure the transaction went through, gas fees were paid. Is Suby Bot admin of the group? Without admin rights, Suby can’t grant or revoke access. If the issue persists, join our support Telegram.
