When do I receive my payments?

Payments are instant and go directly to your wallet, no intermediaries.

Can users pay with different cryptocurrencies?

Currently, Suby supports USDC & ETH on Base, but we’re working on adding more crypto soon.

Can I withdraw funds to a bank account?

Suby does not (yet) handle off-ramping, but you can use services like MoonPay or Transak, to convert USDC/ETH to fiat.

Can I set a custom payout address?

Yes, you can update your payout wallet in the Suby dashboard anytime.
