When do I receive my payments?

Payments are instant and go directly to your wallet, no intermediaries.

Can users pay with different cryptocurrencies?

Currently, Suby supports USDC & ETH on Base & Ethereum, but we’re working on adding more crypto soon.

Can I withdraw funds to a bank account?

Suby does not (yet) handle off-ramping, but you can use services like MoonPay or Transak, to convert USDC/ETH to fiat.

Can I set a custom payout address?

Not yet. For now, your payout address is the one you set during onboarding and applies to all Paylinks. We’re working on allowing custom payout addresses per Paylink soon, stay tuned!
