Migrate: IsoSubs -> Suby

Follow this guide to migrate your members and subscriptions from IsoSubs to Suby. Estimated time: 2 min.

The migration process is quick, secure, and fully supported by our team, it only takes a few minutes. Here’s what you’ll need to do

• Create your subscription plan on Suby

• Integrate the subscription on your Discord

• Export your members from IsoSubs

• Open a ticket and send us your CSV file

Once you’ve completed these steps, our team will handle the rest, all your members will appear in your Suby dashboard, ready to go live.

Step 3 - Export your members from IsoSubs

Go to your server, open any team channel, and type the following command using the reminder channel you’ve already set up:

/export_drip_users alert_channel: 🚨｜your-reminder-channel

This will generate a CSV file containing all your current subscribers.

Step 4 - Open A Ticket & Send us the CSV

Once your CSV file is ready, go to our Suby Discord and open a ticket in the support channel.

Attach your CSV file directly in the ticket, and our team will take care of the migration for you. All your members will then appear in your Suby dashboard, ready to go live in just a few minutes.
